Registration

Due to the wholesale status of youngstrading.com, customers will need to provide a valid resale tax identification number at the time of registration. Please contact the Internal Revenue Service for state to state requirements. NEW For first time buyers, we do call to verify shipping and billing. Please, include all numbers on registration form so we may reach you to verify your order. If we can not reach you after (3) days then we cancel the order and charge a 15% credit card transaction fee.

Minimum Purchase

The minimum purchase amount is $50.00 per order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost will vary depending upon the size and weight of each package. You may visit UPS.com for an estimated shipping cost. There is an additional charge of $9 per order for all COD shipments. A charge of $3.00 per order for shipping and handling will be added. NEW SHIPPING GUIDELINES; You must make sure of the shipping address you wish to have your package delivered to at the time of order placement. If you select your billing address as your shipping address or enter another address as your shipping address and UPS is unable to deliver to that address and your package is routed to another address other than the address you selected as shipping address you will be charged additional amount of $5.oo for the change in delivery. This charge will cover what UPS charges us to reroute your package for delivery. Please, make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

UPS WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX LOCATIONS; YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING.

Return Policy

Youngstrading.com has a specific return policy. No orders or items can be returned unless the items(s) are damaged or they were shipped out in error. If you simply do not like or the item is not what you expected you will be charged 15% restock fee out of the original amount. Any customer wanting to return an item(s) that has been damaged or sent in error, you must login to our website and select number 6 on the list below your welcome information then select number 1 to begin to create your (RMA). Once you have completed the return invoice please put the RMA number on the outside of your package.  No items or orders will be accepted for return unless they have the given RMA, and unless the RMA is clearly labeled on the outside of the package. NEW Defective or damaged items may be returned for an exchange which we will add to your next order. If we are out of that particular item then we will supply the customer with store credit.  Youngstrading will no longer be issuing store credit for the shipping of returned items. You may create an RMA within seven (7) days after receiving the package. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to all accounts that fail to return items properly. Refused or unclaimed C.O.D. packages will be charged the 15% restocking fee and be charged the total shipping cost to the customers account. Returned packages that are requested to be re-shipped will be subject to additional shipping cost. Youngstrading.com cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit toYoungstrading.com and request (for the customers' benefit) that all packages shipped to Youngstrading.com have a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

Order Discrepancies

If a discrepancy is found upon receipt of your order, please complete an“Order Discrepancy Form” and email it to us at info@youngstrading.com or fax it to us @ 901-372-5760. All discrepancies reported either by email or fax will be cleared within 3-5 business days. Please keep a copy of the completed form for your records.

Methods of Payment

Youngstrading.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. American Express is not an accepted method of payment at this time. Your initial Internet order must be purchased via credit card payment. All subsequent orders may be placed using the COD payment method. ALL COD CUSTOMERS MUST FILL OUT A COD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM AND WE MUST KEEP A CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE AS LONG AS YOU ARE DOING COD.
